While waiting for the snow to melt in the northern sections of the Pacific Crest Trail, due to an unseasonably snowy and cold spring, our group decided to head to the Oregon coast for a few days to enjoy the beach.

We decided to hike a few days along the coast and have a gentle reprieve from the grueling and grinding life on the PCT.
