After visiting their nest, Jackie and Shadow spend several hours on the Simba Tree (Simba fledged to this tree on July 23rd, 2019).

The Horaltic pose or Sunning pose is believed to serve multiple functions: drying the wings, warming/cooling the body and baking off bacteria.

Eagles regurgitate indigestible food (fur, feathers, nesting materials) in the form of a Pellet. Unlike owls, eagles can digest bones! Pellets often come out in the morning, right before breakfast.
