1. The insole has good moisture-proof performance. It can also work well if you dry it completely after
dropping it in water. But better DO NOT immerse it into water.
2. When cleaning, brush it with a little water and better keep its heel area upward to avoid water flowing
into circuits. Once it gets wet, dry it in the air, it will work normally again..
3. Power off the heating when charging to protect the charger and circuits.
4. The insole can withstand 300KG pressure. But try to AVOID strenuous exercises like jumping, running,
etc.
5. The battery can be charged and discharged for 300 cycles. If long time no use, better charge it once in
every 3 months.
6. DO NOT put it close to fire or in temperatures over 60℃.
7. DO NOT walk on sharp stuff with the insoles in case heating elements get damaged.
8. DO NOT replace the matched charger with any other wrong standard charger.
9. Cut the insole to fit your foot. DO NOT cut it within the smallest trimming line. .
10. Adjust the heating with the remoter according to the room temperature and your body needs. And
take care of the remote controller.
