Hardy’s Venom and Holland’s Spider-Man can’t meet (yet) and the web-slinger can’t be included in Venom 3, as for that, there would have to be another massive multiverse issue that brings them together. In No Way Home's mid-credits scene, Eddie decided he has to talk to Spider-Man to make sense of everything he was told had happened in the MCU, but this won't make any sense now that he's back in his universe.

However, just like the MCU’s Spider-Man can still fight Venom, though not Hardy’s version of it, Venom 3 can still include Spider-Man… but perhaps not Holland’s version. As mentioned above, in order for Hardy’s Venom and Holland’s Spider-Man to properly meet, there should be another multiverse chaos that brings them together, but that would depend on when Venom 3 is set. Now, the MCU’s multiverse has introduced the concept of variants, which is how Maguire and Garfield’s Spider-Men were brought back, so there could be a currently unknown Peter Parker variant in Venom’s universe, waiting for a chance to cross paths with Eddie and the symbiote. Until story details of Venom 3 are revealed and its place in the timeline is confirmed, these seem to be the only ways Venom 3 could include Spider-Man (whether Holland’s version or a variant), and while Spider-Man: No Way Home was exciting, it also made other stories even more difficult.
