Shakti scheme: Rs 5,015 crore expenditure was incurred during 2024-25 for the free bus travel scheme for women. The government has earmarked Rs 5,300 crore for shakti scheme for the year 2025-26.

Gruha Jyothi scheme: During year 2024-25, Rs 9,657 crore was provided for this scheme, where in citizens are entitled to get 200 units free electricity. In the current year Rs 10,100 crore will be provided towards this scheme. A total of 1.62 crore consumers have registered for the scheme.

Anna Bhagya Scheme: The financial assistance of Rs 170 (per person of the family) that was previously given in place of additional five kg of rice under the scheme will be replaced with five kg of actual rice.

Yuvanidhi Scheme: About 2.58 lakh youths have registered with Yuvanidhi Scheme. Unemployment allowance of Rs 286 crore has been transferred through Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT).

Apart from the unemployment allowance, government said future skill training is being imparted to the youths under Industry Linkage Cell (ILC).

Gruha Lakshmi Scheme: During 2024-25 fiscal, financial assistance was successfully provided to 1.22 crore women heads of households at a cost of Rs 28,608 crore. The government will continue to provide Rs 2,000 per month to the women heads of the house.

In total, CM Siddaramaiah has allocated for Rs 51,034 crore for all the five guarantee schemes for the 2025-26 fiscal year.
