[日本飯店]輕井澤Hotel Indigo Karuizawa. A Relaxing Getaway

In this video, I will show you my experience staying at Hotel Indigo Karuizawa, a new hotel that opened in February 2022. This hotel is located near the Karuizawa Golf Club, about 2.6 km from JR Karuizawa Station. The hotel offers a free shuttle service to and from the station and the Prince Shopping Plaza outlet mall.

The hotel has a warm and cozy atmosphere, with wooden furniture and fireplaces in the lobby. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with modern amenities and beautiful views of nature. The hotel also has a restaurant, a fitness center, and a public bath.

One of the highlights of my stay was eating at Kagimotoya, a local restaurant that specializes in yuzu noodles. Yuzu is a citrus fruit that grows in Karuizawa, and it adds a refreshing flavor to the noodles. The noodles are handmade from buckwheat flour, and they are served with various toppings such as tempura, pork cutlet, or chicken.
