Finding a job in Poland wasn’t as simple as I expected.

As an American living in Poland, I assumed the job search would be fairly straightforward. Low unemployment, a strong economy, and plenty of international companies, on paper, it all looks promising. But the reality on the ground tells a very different story.

In this video, I talk honestly about what it’s really like trying to find work in Poland, why low unemployment doesn’t always mean more opportunities, and why so many people, both foreigners and locals are struggling in today’s job market.
