Fetus attains it maturity at 36 weeks of gestation. So once you complete the 3 weeks of gestation, your baby is ready to come out, but it is always better to deliver after the expected delivery duration, that is 39 to 40 weeks, but in case you end up in a preterm delivery that is before 36 weeks that is also safe.
