rFactor 2 - F1 1998 - Better than F1 2021?

I'm firmly on the hype train for the new F1 2021 game, but I always look back to some of the epic 'historic' cars. I love the 90's cars, and I love the physics in rF2. So when I saw this mod, it had to be done!
