Today I have shared how to make the easiest chicken curry / bachelor's chicken curry recipe

Ingredients :
Chiken with bone - 700 gm
Lemon juice - 1/2 tbsp
Sliced onion - 2 1/2 cup (250 gm)
Ginger paste - 1/2 tbsp
Garlic crushed - 5 - 6
Green chilli crushed - 3 - 4
Chopped tomato - 3/4 cup
Cumin powder - 1 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/3 tsp
Kashmiri red chilli powder - 2 tsp
Coriander stems chopped - 1 tbsp
Coriander leaves chopped - 1 - 2 tbsp
Salt - to taste
Oil - 2 tbsp + 1tsp
Bay leaves - 2 - 3
Cardamom - 2
Cinnamon - a small piece
Cloves - 2 - 3
Garam masala - 1/4 tsp
