Wolves Passing Drill to Mini Goals

Phase 1 - The player on the blue marker passes the ball to the player on the red marker who lays the ball into the path of the player moving from the yellow mannequin towards the middle of the exercise. This player passes the ball to the player on the right mannequin, who opens up their body and dribbles towards the mannequin in front of them, through the blue poles and passes to the waiting player. The receiving player then passes the ball across the exercise to the player waiting on the final mannequin, and they dribble between the poles over the halfway line and pass into the mini-goal. Complete a number of repetitions in the same direction before repeating the exercise in the opposite direction.

Phase 2 - The player on the blue marker passes the ball to the player on the red marker who lays the ball into the path of the player moving from the yellow mannequin towards the middle of the exercise. This player passes the ball to the player on the right mannequin, who opens up their body and dribbles towards the mannequin in front of them, passing to the waiting player. The receiving player then passes the ball back to the player who dribbled the ball and the ball is passed diagonally to the player waiting on the final mannequin. The final player receives the ball, dribbles quickly towards the halfway line and pass into the mini-goal. Complete a number of repetitions in the same direction before repeating the exercise in the opposite direction.
