Fan Theory and Analysis: Gods and Men [Life is Strange EPISODE 4 SPOILERS]

Chloe will live. Life is Strange Episode 4 Symbolism and Analysis. Prophecies, gods, and men.

So I’m going to go over the apparent themes in Life is Strange episode 4 and see how we can pull them all together. I’ll try to keep some part of the analysis more conservative, and the other part more magical and out there. Because it’s more fun that way. Just kidding this is all going to be complete nonsense.

The most easily noticed piece of symbolism is Chloe’s three bullet necklace. I assume this is supposed to represent the three times Chloe must die from a gunshot. HOWEVER I do NOT think the time Chloe dies in the junk yard counts. Why?

Because the junk yard is not canonical. Additionally I think Chloe must be shot by either Nathan or Jefferson for it to count. Here is my reasoning.

Remember the Hopi prophecy? I believe that life is strange is a retelling of that religious theme, must how like other stories are the retelling of Jesus and stuff. The two helpers of the true white brother are supposed to shake the earth 3 times in preparation. Once at the beginning to begin preparation. Then two more times close together. This will summon the white brother.

This is why I think Chloe will not stay dead. Because she must be killed one more time.
