How we produce frozen sugar cane stalks?
1.  Peeling and washing process of fresh sugarcane
After harvesting from sugarcane farms and gathering at factories, these steps will be taken: classifying size and quality, sugarcane sticks have appropriate size and good quality will be put into peeling machines,
After that workers will take second peel to make sure skin of sugarcane removed completely. Then move it to washing process and microbiological treatment
2. Cutting, packaging and preserving fresh sugarcane stalks
Sugarcane suppliers use cutting machines to cut sugarcane so the length is perfectly uniform. Skinless sugarcane is packed in carton with plastic bag inside

After packaging process, sugarcane suppliers will immediately put sugarcane into frozen room set at -18 Celcius degree to keep for long time or at 0 Celcius degree to use within a week
