MAGA is ready to show you two things constantly: One, you can NEVER criticize the President or you're out of the club. Two, they will turn on Black members of their party in the drop of a hat.
Tim Scott tweeted: "Praying it was fake because it's the most racist thing I've ever seen out of the White House. The president should remove it."
He was talking about Trump's post showing the Obamas - a Black man and Black woman - depicted as gorillas. If you're white, you don't get to do that. That is racist. Period.
Watch how MAGA reacted to Tim Scott:
"Senator Tim Scott should RESIGN from his position as chair of the NRSC for attacking Donald Trump as a racist."
"Globalist backstabber Tim Scott should resign after smearing President Trump."
"You are an utter disgrace to MAGA. We the people will never forget. You should resign."
They're all using the same recycled talking points, claiming Trump "didn't even post it" - trying to blame a staffer. But that's bullshit. Trump himself said he saw the video and sent it to staff to post. He APPROVED it. I think he posted it himself - it was 1 AM.
Here we have ONE Black man in the MAGA movement saying "Hey, this is not good" - because it ISN'T good - and MAGA instantly jumps all over him. He should resign. He's a disgrace.
Because that's what they think of you, Tim. They need you for the photo op. They need you to pull in a few votes. But at the end of the day, they don't really want you in their country club. They don't really want you in their tent. They just need you when it serves them.
And to anyone saying "it wasn't a big deal, it was just part of a larger video" - then why the fuck did they DELETE it? Why?
Lesson for Black MAGA: They will turn on you the SECOND you step out of line.
