DIY RUCHED CROP TOP | how to sew a basic blouse!

Hey guys and welcome back! I wanted to make a sewing tutorial on this super simple ruched crop top that you can make with just about any scrap fabric you have lying around. I'm sure there are a ton of variations on this top, but I wanted to showcase how I attempted to make it!! Plus, who doesn't like a ruffled hem?!
