Motorcycle Memoirs: HA Road Scholar Sonny Barger

2003, was the year we were sanctioned to document the book signing of Hells Angels leader, Sonny Barger. Traveling across Arizona, Colorado and California we documented interviews highlighting Barger's point of view of America, law enforcement, media and stereotyping. As a Chicana photojournalist, biker social injustice on American roads was key. Dale and I traveled to National Pop Culture conferences, attended rally's, and interviewing Motorcycle Rights Organization leaders. Interviews also included Senators, Police Officers, Chicano's, African Americans, MC Clubs and Gay Women rider groups. Many laws have changed and the last 4-years have worsened.
