Moisture Management: Pretty Good Building Envelopes

The Pretty Good House series continues with a discussion on how and why to control water--in all its forms--from damaging our buildings envelope and impacting occupant health and building longevity.

Joining the Brew Crew will be Neil Freidberg, who serves as Building Science Manager at LP Building Solutions, where he tests and researches the latest innovations in the building industry. With more than a decade of professional experience in the building science field, he is passionate about translating cutting-edge technology into meaningful tactical applications that drive sustainability and smart design. He graduated from Texas A&M University at Kingsville with a focus in Architectural Engineering, HVAC and Structural Design.

He is an experienced Field Application Engineer with a demonstrated history of working in the building materials industry, and is skilled in AutoCAD, WUFI, Energy Efficiency, Mac, and Team Building. Prior to joining LP in 2021, Freidberg worked at Owens Corning for 10 years as a Building Science Leader and Field Application
