Inspiration to me because when you go hard at the gym you forget how important it is to have a rest day!! When your tunnel vision everyday you take aways from how important it is to just be to just breath!! When Your sleeping and your away from what you love growth occurs!! When your in the beginning you need to mark it in that this is what I do now!! So not too many days of rest but fitness is not an overnight thing its a lifestyle!! Even religion have a rest day like Sunday with the catholics shomer shabbat!! Big Lebowski!! When you it throws you off your schedule you can feel anxious!! All it takes is one slip and it can throw you off and then you can’t train for 3 months!! I got Inspired from watching Calum Von Moger He tore his bicep at the gym didn’t fully recover and then went reeling with his brother and he re tore his bicep and broke his knee so then he couldn’t train at all!! He didn’t properly give the chance to fully recover!! If you don’t give yourself the time to just be the universe will check you!! Fitness is only part of your existsance you got to go within and see that there more!! Get out of the autopilot mindset of I have to go!! You Have to Rest too and be more present!! It might come out of nowhere when it feels like you should keep going but resting is important!! The Guilt trip of a rest day and having a pizza party shouldn’t bother you!! The mind is the weilder of Muscle!! You have to set the proper intention on a rest day!! Tell yourself Positive Affirmations I am so happy and grateful I have a High Metabolism My body burns fat and builds muscle abundantly I can eat whatever I want whenever I want and gain only lean Muscle mass!! You got to put the positive mantras in your mind to keep you sane Because being gym rat mentality gym nut fitness addict you shouldn’t feel guilty for eating a cookie or something!! Your rest day shouldn’t be spent in guilt it should be sacret day like a religion!! if your just sitting at home with your thoughts then by all means go do something because technically you can always to some form of exercise some calatics some yoga go take a walk but sometimes doing nothing is huge and hanging out in the sun is defiantly something beautiful keeping my ski glowing and hair flowing blood flowing having my huge piece of meat hang heavy at the knees!!
