Parks & Sons of Sun City

Описание к видео Parks & Sons of Sun City

For 50 years, Parks & Sons of Sun City (quick side note, BFI actually took over Parks & Sons of Phoenix many years ago) has serviced the community of Sun City's trash collection, and more recently, recycling collections since the 1960's. Trash is collected from buried 30 gallon metal bins. Sun City is by all means a senior community, so the idea behind these buried bins is that residents never have to haul large carts or bags out twice a week, they simply step on a pedal and drop their trash in, also keeping the community free of trash bags and cans everywhere while also eliminating wildlife getting into food waste and the wind from blowing trash around. Up to 10 bags or boxes will be collected on top of the underground can's contents.

I've been wanting to get a good video of Parks & Sons unique collection system for quite some time, so I'm really excited about this video. Especially because of truck 87, this absolutely amazing sounding Peterbilt 320 under a McNeilus rear loading body collecting trash. I've previously got a brief video of this truck doing recycling, so I'm really glad to have gotten more high quality video.

I'm really happy with how this video turned out, so your comments are greatly appreciated.
