Wolfram RC hosting Scale Motion Winter Matsuri. I travelled from Colorado Springs to Des Moines, Iowa for the event and it was definitely worth the trip. This is sure to be an event in the future you won't want to miss. I had the opportunity of being a judge for the reverse entry contest. It was a tough one since every one was throwing down big runs but eventually only one could take the Boss coffee trophy home. I was sore for more than a few days after from standing for like 11 hours driving and filming all day. The track lay out was so much fun, flowed really well for tandems and the big wall drag entry produced a lot of sick backies. I got as many laps in all day as i could just roasting LiPo's back to back. Super happy with how my RD1 performed all weekend but definitely wish I would've had my MC1 fully sorted before the event. If you're thinking of getting into RC drifting in the midwest, Wolfram is an awesome resource to get started. I was surprised with the level of RC parts stock they had. Not only just drifting but others aspects of RC as well. Supporting our local Hobbyshops and RC tracks is how we get to continue to have such awesome events bringing people together from all over the country. The staff at Wolfram was very helpful and pleasant with plenty of knowledge to share. I was so stoked to meet so many friends from online and get a bunch of laps in together as well as see a lot of my friends from back when I lived in the Midwest.
