EASY GUIDE: 300% Stagger with Tifa | FF7 Rebirth Walkthrough

Here's an easy guide to unlock the Staggering Success trophy that requires you to deal 300% or more damage to a staggered enemy in FF7 Rebirth.

Here's how you can do it very easily using only Tifa with a very easy combo that will require just a little bit of practice but consistently delivers on the 300% bonus you need for the trophy. Promised! And if you're struggling to achieve this only with Tifa, I'll give you a bonus tip to get other party members to help you with this as well. Before we enter the fight let's go through the necessary materia and abilities for this to be easily achievable:
An ATB Stagger Materia for a Large ATB Boost on staggering a foe. This will ease some of the pressure of having your 2 full ATB bars before staggering the enemy. That's the only materia you'll need.
For the weapon abilities, we're heavily relying on two: The Unbridled Strength to increase the combo count and allow you to use Rise and Fall and Omnistrike for increased stagger bouns. And second, the True Strike ability that comes with the Jarngreipr, the pair of gloves that can be found on the Temple in Chapter 12 or with any weapon vendor once you get to the endgame.
Now let's move on to the actual combo. Before you even attempt to do this you should have used Unbridled Strength twice to have the Omnistrike attack available. That's the only thing you need to give it a go.
First, stagger the enemy.
Start your combo with a Rise and Fall
Follow with an Omnistrike,
Unbridled Strength to get the Omnistrike back,
Now, a second Omnistrike,
Finally, two True Strikes.
And that's it, 300%!

It takes some time to build the muscle memory for the combo, but this should be second nature after some practice,, if you're having trouble getting this down, you can help Tifa by teaming with Cait Sith an Aerith. Those two are the only ones that have Abilities that can increase the stagger bonus besides some synergy abilities that require a lot of grinding to unlock. You can use the Moogle Knuckle from the Golden Megaphone which can be found in Chapter 11 inside Shinra Manor or bought later with the weapon vendor, or the Ray of Judgment from The Plumose Rod found after completing all of Hojo's simulations. Both will give you a staggering bonus but I think that you will have a harder time switching back and forth between characters rather than just focusing on Tifa and getting it right. But, whatever suits you best, go for it so you can unlock that trophy and get closer to the Platinum for the game!
