Gyuto VS Bunkatoku - JAPANESE KNIFE

On our vs videos we were often asked to compare the gyuto to the santoku and the gyuto to the bunka. We feel that these knives fill a similar role, so we've lumped them together vs the gyuto and are going to rate them on a bunch of different techniques and opinions to see which is best!
