Z novimi ščipalnimi kleščami KRPAN KS 500 B lahko podiramo drevesa do premera 500 mm (mehek les; trd les 400 do 450 mm) z bagri od 16 do 22 ton. Klešče so namenjene za učinkovito in varno podiranje dreves, goloseke, čiščenje na brežinah, ob potokih, železniških progah itd. Velika prednost je varna uporaba na strnjenih področjih (el. vodi, hiše, …) saj lahko z njimi zagotovimo nadzorovano podiranje.
Ščipalne klešče KRPAN KS 500 B so oblikovno sodobno zasnovane in zagotavljajo zadostno trdnost in funkcionalnost ter enostavno uporabo in vzdrževanje. Zaradi izbire specialnih materialov so od konkurence lažje za približno 500 kg, kar zagotavlja ekonomično delo. Ogrodje je iz švedskega specialnega drobnozrnatega jekla STRENX, rezili pa iz HARDOX-a Extreme. Vgrajene komponente priznanih proizvajalcev so izbrane z visokimi varnostnimi faktorji.
S ščipalnimi kleščami KRPAN KS 500 B lahko drevo odščipnemo tik pri tleh, tako izkoristimo kar se da največ lesa. S harvesterjem ali motorno žago to ni možno zaradi konstrukcijske zasnove in načina rezanja z verigo, ki se v takšnih primerih hitro utopi. Na to še dodatno slabo vplivajo delci kamin na peščenih območjih.
S pomočjo neskončnega rotatorja lahko klešče idealno uporabimo za sortiranje. Opcijsko se lahko ščipalne klešče nadgradijo s preprijemalom, ki omogoča zaporedno rezanje dreves ne da bi vsako posebej odložili. Preprijemalo deluje izmenično z zgornjim grabežem. Preko stopalke se krmilijo z el. magnetnim ventilom.
Pri običajnih pogojih je storilnost stroja 100 m3/ 10 h, kar je po oceni do 40% hitreje od drugih postopkov za spravilo lesa.

Mit dem endlosen Rotator kann der Greifer ideal zum Sortieren verwendet werden. Der optionale Sammler ermöglicht es, mehrere Bäume in einem Arbeitsschritt zu sammeln und gebündelt abzulegen. Der Sammler, der durch das Pedal und el.-magnetischen Ventil gesteuert wird, funktioniert auswechselnd mit dem oberen Greifer.
