-3 chicken breast
-salt to taste
-1 tsp paprika
-1 tsp thyme
-1 tsp garlic powder
-1 tsp black pepper
-1/2 tsp onion powder
-3 eggs
-3 cups sugar free corn flakes
-1 tsp paprika
-1 tsp onion powder
-1/2 tsp garlic powder
-1 cucumber
-1/2 cup sliced cherry tomatoes
-1/4 cabbage
-1 tbsp greek yogurt
-1/2 tbsp mayonnaise
-1/2 tbsp mustard sauce
-1 tsp hot sauce
-1 tbsp olive oil
-1/2 tbsp white vinegar
-salt and pepper
-burger buns
Recipe:
-place the breast chicken on cutting board, use the meat pounder , pound the chicken, season both sides of chicken with salt.
-for seasoning mix all the spices( paprika, thyme, garlic, black pepper, onion) together, season both sides of chicken with spices.
-in a plate add eggs, salt to taste, mix well and keep it aside.
-open one ziplock bag, pour 3 cups of sugar free corn flakes into ziplock.
-crush the corn flakes until become a crumb mixture.
-for the spices add paprika, onion, garlic powder and mix well.
-dip your chicken into the egg mixture to coat.
-coat generously in the corn flakes crumbs, completely covering chicken.
-place the chicken onto baking sheet.
-bake in oven at 180C,56F for 30-40 minutes.
-for salad slice lettuce, add in to a salad bowl.
-add sliced cucumber, sliced cherry tomatoes, cabbage, sliced lemon.
-for making the sauce add greek yogurt, mayonnaise, mustard sauce, olive oil, white vinegar, salt and pepper to a jar, shake shake and the sauce is ready.
-cut the chicken and serve with salad, or make the tasty chicken burger.
