There's a big push nowadays to get people to go to the gym, make it a daily occurrence, etc. etc.

I love training at the gym, don't get me wrong, but how many people can really afford the time it takes to go to and from a potentially faraway spot to work on their fitness?

No, my friend, the big push should be to learn how to build strength anytime, anywhere, and with any amount of equipment - or NO proper equipment.

Enter the full ROM pike pushup (or "souped-up pike pushup" as I like to call it).

It's a phenomenal way of building serious upper body pressing strength, particularly for overhead presses, handstand pushups, and more. Plus, it'll craft a set of boulder shoulders that just can't be beat.

Give this a try (once you're ready for it, of course) and watch as the gains roll in.

Use your head, though. Seriously, if you're not used to being inverted, don't have the right shoulder mobility, and don't have the right general flexibility to get into this position, find a better option.
