The physics of claimed behaviors doesn't support aliens. Instant acceleration requires impossible forces unless observations are exaggerated due to sensor limitations and perceptual errors from moving platforms. Multiple sensors detecting anomalies proves something exists—not that it's extraterrestrial.

No physical evidence is publicly available despite claims of multiple retrievals. Testimony, even from credible witnesses, isn't sufficient for history's most extraordinary claim. Classified evidence we can't examine is unfalsifiable—if there's no proof, that's because it's hidden; if there's no response, programs are too secret. This reasoning makes the claim impossible to disprove.

Why the recent prominence? Greene's conclusion: we're almost certainly not being visited. Physics makes routine interstellar travel unlikely, crash frequency contradicts advanced technology, conspiracy scope is implausible, and mundane explanations account for observations.
