When we speak of Ray Allen Manufacturing being a small business of USA manufactured goods, it is exactly that. Our behind the scenes video showcases just how "in-house" our business is. The Factory. The Warehouse. The Showroom. The Office. Ray Allen Manufacturing is all under one roof!

If you happened to visit our Colorado Springs, CO showroom/shop/office and asked for a tour, this video depicts what that would look like.

Matt Wilson (seen in the video) would welcome you back through the warehouse and share the various processes that take place in the manufacturing facility. After all, we believe it's important for our customers to see and understand that we are not "Walmart". We do not have a huge footprint. We are not having our gear made in other countries, just to ship it out of our facility with a "Ray Allen USA" label.

Our dedicated team of experienced leather workers, plastic fitters, seamsters and seamstresses work hard to learn the skills necessary to meet the high quality standards of Ray Allen. They cut, sew, build, and fit the components for a finished product, prior to being stored as inventory in our warehouse.

In this Shop Tour video, you are going to see all of that. From our cutting operation, to the nylon department, to muzzles, over to leather and leashes, to cloth - where they cut and put together made-to-order bite suits and bite sleeves, all the way over to the warehouse where products are pulled from inventory and prepared for shipment – headed to your doorstep.

We do it all here. In Colorado Springs. And that means something to us.

"Made in America" should be said and done with pride ... and like we’ve said before, it means something to us! We hope it means something to you, too.
