2 tbsp Ube flavor powder
1/3 cup oil
1/3 cup evaporated milk
1/2 tsp iodized salt
3/4 cup cake flour
1¹/2 tsp baking powder
Step.4
For Meringue ✅
3 PCs egg white (from large eggs)
1/4 tsp white vinegar
1/3 cup white sugar

Bake
150°c for 46 to 50 minutes
