“我們都是HA人” 第十集: 病人服務助理的使命 "Our HA Family" Series Episode 10 : Career with Purpose

碧娟剛加入醫院管理局(HA)成為病人服務助理時有幸得到家人及同事的支持，讓她可以融入病房的工作環境。體會過作為新人的難處，現時碧娟亦樂意將學到的傾囊相授。

碧娟憑藉對每一位病人的關懷及悉心照顧令她在2022年獲得醫管局傑出員工獎，碧娟更於近期再度得到部門肯定，獲晉升為一級病人服務助理(住院病人服務)。

病房牆上貼滿了一封封來自康復病人的感謝信，每一字一句都鼓勵碧娟繼續這一份充滿使命感的工作。

Having a bit more patience; and offering a little more care can make a lot of difference in patient’s recovery! Patient Care Assistant Bijuan hopes to create a loving and caring atmosphere for patients as well as colleagues. Winning the Outstanding Staff Award in 2022 has empowered Bijuan with a mission to teach and share her invaluable experience with other new colleagues to ease their anxiety through dedicated care. Her dedicated efforts are fully recognized and Bijuan was promoted to Patient Care Assistant (In-patient Services) recently.

It is always heart-warming to read the appreciation letters received from patients; and a strong motivation for us to contribute our own small ways towards patient-care. Let’s hear Bijuan’s memorable story at the Hospital Authority!
