Ingredients :
1/2 kg. Pork, adobo cut
1 head Onion, sliced
4 cloves Garlic, minced
1/2 cup, Soy Sauce
1 tbsp. Oyster Sauce
2-4 Bay Leaves, dried
2-3 tbsp. Vinegar
1 tbsp. Pepper corn
1/2 tsp. salt
Sugar to taste
Pepper to taste
1-2 cup Water, warm
2 tbsp. Cooking Oil
Water

Note: Water will vary depending on the quality of the meat bought. Please add water as needed until the meat gets soft.
