How to Fix Microphone/Headset on PS4

In this video, I show how to fix your microphone/headset on PS4. I go over a few things to make sure it is working correctly. This should work for both headsets and earbuds. In device settings, check that your mic is connected and your device is set. Turn your mic volume up. Check all cables and make sure they are flush. Take out and put back in the cable a few times very quickly. Make sure the mic toggle switch is not muted. If these do not work, try a hard reset by holding down the power button until you hear 2 beeps, wait till it turns off completely. Take out power cable for 30 seconds. If all of these steps do not work, try a different controller/headset.
