2022 Tulane University Unified Commencement Ceremony

The Tulane class of 2022 celebrated their academic achievements on May 21, 2022, at the unified commencement ceremony in Yulman Stadium. Surrounded by friends and family, graduates experienced a uniquely-Tulane celebration to send them off in style.

Actor, producer, writer, and doctor Ken Jeong was the keynote speaker, giving graduates advice to persist through the toughest of challenges.

President Mike Fitts bestowed honorary degrees on Dr. Jeong, Tulane alumnus Gen. David H. Berger, and posthumously to Henry "Hank" Aaron, accepted by his wife Mrs. Billye Aaron on his behalf.

Student speaker Dr. Russell Ledet encouraged his fellow graduates to celebrate their accomplishments.

Dr. Michael White and the Original Liberty Jazz Orchestra provided a celebratory soundtrack for the event.
