Emecole 102 Premium Polyurethane for Foundation Crack Repair

This is Emecole 102. It is our most advanced formula polyurethane for repairing non-structural leaky cracks in foundation walls through the use of low pressure crack injection. Emecole 102 is engineered to fully penetrate the full depth of a crack before foaming. After contacting water, 102 will foam up 20 to 30 times its original volume filling the entire crack and any voids behind the wall. This gives a complete foundation repair. Emecole 102 is a truly flexible polyurethane when it cures. This allows it to expand and contract inside cracks due to freeze and thaw cycles. 102 is available in both 22oz dual tube sets and universal tube sets to fit a standard caulk gun. Emecole 102 is a low viscosity polyurethane, but for very tight hairline cracks the viscosity can be lowered even further by warming it in a bucket of hot water.
