A River Runs Through It - Flyfishing the Middle Fork Canyon of the American River

Check out this amazing place in the Sierra foothills between Lake Tahoe and Sacramento! My buddy Shawn and I spend a weekend at the Horseshoe Bar Preserve learning about its history and spending time flyfishing and cooking up some great easy to prepare meals. This private flyfishing property has five miles of access to the Middle Fork of the American River with trophy size rainbow trout and browns. Public access points to this river are listed below!
