What happens when UK canals stop being used by narrowboats? They fall into disrepair, becoming stagnant and littered with rubbish and weed. The Slough Arm is infamous for this, as it is rarely used by narrowboaters, but in our epic quest for the Silver Propeller, and to complete the entire network, we tackle the challenge head-on.
