How to integrate Zapier on Voiceflow using a Function Step | Voiceflow Tutorial

In this video, I want to show you how you can integrate Zapier into your Voiceflow project using a Function step.

I created a Voiceflow function to call a Zapier webhook, that can trigger a Zap to run any automation.

In this example, I use Google Sheets as "CRM", but once you have the data on Zapier, you can use any of the 6000+ integrations available to send the data anywhere.
