Creamy Cucumber Salad

Ingredients:

1 long english cucumber thinly sliced
3 scallions chopped

Dressing:
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 tsp salt ( more if needed)
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 dried dill ( fresh dill 1 tbsp)
1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
1 tsp sugar
1 tbsp white wine vinegar

Recipe:
Slice your cucumber and your scallions add them to a bowl. In a separate bowl at all the dressing ingredients blend it well. Then pour the dressing over the cucumbers and scallions and mix it all together. Refrigerate for an hour or longer. Make sure to mix it before you start eaing it. The creamy dressing settles while it is in the fridge. This is a refreshing salad you will definitely enjoy.
