This is a famous sweet snacks recipe in Up, Bihar, Odisa.
I'LL make Gulgule /pue with Sugar syrup. Gulgule is sweet dumplings made of wheat flour some semolina and sugar syrup batter flavoured with fennel seeds. This is a tasty sweet snacks recipe generally made during festivals like Diwali, Ganesh chaturthi, Sakat, but you can enjoy any time. Best part of this recipe, you can store these gulgule/pue for approx 1-2 weeks in air tight container.

✍️ Ingredients
1 Cup Wheat flour
1/2 Cup sugar
1/2 Cup + 1/4 cup water
1/4 tsp Baking soda
2 Tbsp Semolina
2 tbsp Fennel seeds powder
Oil for frying

मैंने इस रेसिपी में गुलगुलों को चीनी की चाशनी से बनाया है,जिससे गुलगुले ऊपर से कुरकुरे और अंदर से फोके/सॉफ्ट बनकर आयेंगे|
People make gulgule with jaggery or suji ke gulgule but i used sugar which gives crispness to Gulgule.
