I have always had the travel bug, and I have always loved different cultures, food, and people. I finally pulled the trigger on going to Costa Rica to do my 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training certification, but now I'm just a little intimidated and overwhelmed. How will I get around? Is it dangerous to travel alone? Will I be good enough? Do I have enough knowledge and skill to pass? These are all questions that I don't have the answer for at this moment in time. Here's what I do know, though: I will be open to trying everything presented that I can, and I will do my best. I can't wait to start this adventure! And with the stress of being a school principal through this pandemic and having very, very little time off over the past 28 months I know I need this for myself. I need time to heal and to focus on who I am, as well as who I allow myself to be.
I am so open to the future. Let's do this!
