The Uday Kotak led committee on corporate governance reforms has submitted its report to SEBI. In its 170 page report the panel has made some important recommendations on the composition and the role of board of directors. Market regulator SEBI has sought public comments on the report and has set 4th November as the deadline for that. Here's what the members of the panel Amit Tandon & Joydeep Sengupta had to say.
