INGREDIENTS:
Chicken filling:
1 whole chicken
8 cloves garlic
1 large onion
4 tbsp Hoisin sauce
3 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp cornstarch (or plain/all purpose flour)
Salt and pepper to taste

Dough:
4 cups all purpose flour
1/4 cup warm water
1 tbsp sugar
2 1/4 teaspoon yeast
2 tbsp lard
1/2 cup sugar
2 tbsp baking powder
1 cup warm milk
