I'm going to let you in a secret that the Disney company surprisingly holds some of the best drop towers, and this is one example where I've actually experienced one, after years of obsessing over its predecessor, and developing a more analytical me for this attraction that I knew for a while.

Guardians of the Galaxy: Mission Breakout at the Disneyland's California Adventure would be the special Otis Elevator Drop Tower produced for the California Park. Originally themed as the Twilight Zone: Tower of Terror, the ride would transform into the new Marvel franchise, starring as Disneyland's most intense attraction with alot of more upgrades that make the experience more chaotic, thrilling and more energetic compared to the previous ride.
