Rava dosa is a very tasty and crispy semolina crepe/ pancakes and is perfect for a quicky breakfast that can be served with any chutney.

ingredients
1 pinch chopped ginger
1 pinch chopped gr chilli
1 small chopped onion
1 pinch cumin
1 tsp ghee,butter or oil
1/4 cup maida
1 pinch pepper crushed
1 cup rice flour
1 to taste salt
1 cup sooji,rava,semolina


directions
• mix all ingredients as shown add water (or buttermilk) and make thin batter and sprinke over hot griddle if it is not a non stick pan , spray non-stick spray ,wipe clean and sprinkle the batter and apply butter or oil serve hot with pickle ,chutney , use potato stuffing -just as used in masala dosa hot griddle as shown is available in walmart,sams,target for under 30 dollars we will be making many more versions of rava dosas in near future have fun cooking with vahchef
