-Symbolic Interaction Theory
The process of interaction in the formation of meaning for individuals. We can't see the process but we can see from the behavioral. The goals of out interactive are to create a shared meaning.
-Expectancy Violation Theory
Increases non-verbal behavior awareness gives practical advice on when it might be advantages.
