Dynamic range and protecting the highlights

This week I talk about Dynamic Range and protecting the highlights. It was just going to be on protecting the highlights but then I realised I hadn't gone into depth on the dynamic range of the camera and the composition. I always go through this process when taking a photo and it really does help me take better photographs.
