Soundbytes: Representatives of Venezuelan opposition parties demanded for the National Electoral Council (CNE) on Wednesday (August 7) to publish the tallies of the July 28th presidential election. According to the law, the results should’ve been published within 48 hours after the election, said Simon Calzadilla, the representative of Movimiento Por Venezuela outside the Supreme Court of Justice (TSJ). Calzadilla, along with the representative of two other parties who supported opposition candidate Edmundo Gonzalez, appeared at a hearing on Wednesday after being summoned for what it said was a certification of the results.
