Here are a few tips on how to defeat a big sister.
These may or may not work for you , depending on your gaming style.

Big sisters attack style:
1. Telekinetics (throw)
2 Four fire balls, if she has time, sometimes less.
3. Jump or melee or both

She tends to try to do this in order every time.
