Jealous of Don Roman’s (Renato Valdez) favorable treatment toward Sita (Abad Santos), Alba (Isabel Rivas) tries to impose her will on the helper. Later, news about Sita and Alba’s altercation reaches Don Roman (Renato Valdez). This compels the Cardinal patriarch to make a shocking confession. Meanwhile, Connor (Joshua Colet) continues with his façade in hopes of gaining Isagani’s (Jake Cuenca) and Lucas’ (Albie Casiño) trust. Elsewhere, Menandro (Lito Pimentel) pulls some strings to teach Matteo (Marco Gumabao) a lesson.

Lucas (Albie Casiño) processes what he had just found out about his biological father (Ronaldo Valdez). His sulkiness then gets the attention of his peers. Unfortunately, no matter how hard he tries to put up a brave front, Lucas only succumbs to his lifelong frustrations before a friend. Roman, on the other hand, is willing to wait for his estranged son’s acceptance. Meanwhile, Alba (Isabel Rivas) is adamant to safeguard her throne in the mansion.

Lucas (Albie Casiño) wonders how he would face life as a Cardinal scion. He then starts to make peace with his true identity by empathizing with Sita’s (Ana Abad Santos) pain. Determined to protect her from any more abuse, the young Cardinal makes a firm resolve. Meanwhile, Menandro (Lito Pimentel) convinces Dulce (Kylie Verzosa) that Isagani (Jake Cuenca) is the only solution to save their distillery from financial ruin. Dulce then does her father a favor by asking her dear friend for help.
