A simple and not very spicy, beautiful subtle fish gravy, where the sweetness of the bottle gourd blends really well with the fish. A typical winter fish gravy cooked in the plains of North East India, when you just catch a fish from your pond and pluck a bottle gourd from your kitchen garden.
