Gone trucking with Dad day 1

So i decided to take a week off and go with Dad. When i was younger i used to go away with him every chance i got in the school holidays. Dad has been and owner operator for the past 30 years running one truck, moving farm machinery all across Europe and Scandinavia.
His current Scania that he is running at the moment has been in the business for the past 11 years now. She has a whopping 2,200,000kms on the clock but is very trustworthy. Also this particular truck is still running an analog tachograph and with the new legislations coming in at the end of 2024 we will have to up grade the tachometer to a Digital one.

So day 1 we are loading up to head to Sweden, 1 collection in the midlands and one over the east coast. Then head for the boat at Harwich to catch the night ferry into the Hoek of Holland.
